Invite individuals to events, micro-events, or involvement opportunities.

Represent Still Waters at community gatherings, churches, and events.

Identify and introduce potential major donors or strategic partners.

Communicate consistently with interested individuals and help move them toward engagement.
Create engaging, mission-aligned content that increases awareness, builds trust, and inspires action.

Develop and post content (social media, video, written, or visual) that highlights:

Educational insights (human trafficking awareness, restoration).

Campaigns, events, and calls to action.

Translate organizational updates into compelling, shareable content.

Collaborate with leadership or social media coordinators on campaigns.

Maintain consistency with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

Monitor content performance and adapt based on engagement.
Generate financial support for Still Waters by helping to create and implement fundraising initiatives that engage donors, organizing fundraising efforts, and championing the mission.

Facilitate giving opportunities.
Strengthen donor relationships through personalized, meaningful communication.

Write personalized thank-you notes and acknowledgment letters to donors.

Conduct thoughtful follow-ups via email, text, or handwritten notes.

Support donor stewardship efforts (birthdays, milestones, giving anniversaries).

Assist with campaign-specific outreach (e.g., monthly giving, major gifts, special initiatives).

Help maintain consistent, warm communication with supporters.

Share impact stories and updates in a relational, compelling way.

Identify opportunities to deepen donor involvement (events, tours, introductions).

Track communication touchpoints to ensure no donor is overlooked.
Operations
Plan and execute larger organizational events (fundraisers, awareness events, donor gatherings).

Coordinate logistics (venue, vendors, timeline).

Lead volunteers and event flow.

Oversee setup and breakdown
Manage merchandise logistics to support fundraising, brand awareness, and donor engagement.

Store, organize, and track inventory.

Package and ship merchandise orders.

Coordinate with event teams for merchandise distribution.

Monitor stock levels and reorder needs.
Build, manage, and secure the digital infrastructure that supports Still Waters’ operations, fundraising, communication, and data integrity.

Maintain the organization’s website (updates, functionality, user experience).

Oversee CRM/database systems (donor data, volunteer tracking, segmentation).

Ensure data accuracy, organization, and accessibility across platforms.
Recruit, equip, and mobilize volunteers so they can thrive and contribute to the mission.

Recruit volunteers.

Serve as a point of contact for new and existing volunteers.

Guide volunteers through the onboarding process .

Match volunteers to appropriate roles based on skills, interests, and organizational needs.

Coordinate and schedule volunteers for roles, events, and ongoing responsibilities.

Ensure mission alignment and organizational integrity.

Oversee financial and fiduciary responsibility.

Participate in donor development.

Advocate for and represent the organization publicly.
Provide spiritual covering and support for the mission, leadership, donors, and future residents.

Commit to regular prayer rhythms (weekly or daily).

Pray over specific needs (property acquisition, funding, participants served).

Receive prayer updates.
Serve as a strategic brain trust to help solve problems, generate ideas, and strengthen organizational direction.

Participate in monthly strategy sessions.

Provide input on programming, fundraising, and growth.

Offer expertise in relevant fields (lived experience, trauma care, nonprofit growth, safety, real estate, etc.).

Brainstorm solutions to current challenges.
