Still Waters is seeking to fundraise for an initial investment of $5,000,000 of which $4,100,000 is allotted for the purchase of the property and $900,000 for improvements and incidentals.
The property can be secured with a $2,500,000 down-payment. This will allow Still Waters to assume occupancy, prepare the program, and immediately begin generating retreat center income.
