Property Overview

The facility Still Waters intends to purchase is currently managed by a faith-based nonprofit serving minor males in the foster care system while operating a portion of the property as a commercial retreat center.

Secluded Space for Restorative Care

The property is designed to house participants and operate program activities in safe and separate areas from retreat center guest activity. The cottages for participants are fully licensed by the Department of Children Services, as well as other required licensing.

Income Generating Project

The retreat center provides income for the organization, creating a sustainable source of funding that allows for more staff time and donated funding to go directly to support program participants. Retreat center guest and program activity are appropriately distanced from each other.
